My name is Ashley Wiley, and I am the owner and creator of Helen Greets. Writing poetry has been a part of my life since I was around nine years old. Over the years, I’ve turned my poems into greeting cards, hoping to spread inspiration and encouragement to others—just as I’ve been uplifted by the words of those who inspired me.

The heart of Helen Greets comes from someone incredibly special to me—my grandmother, Helen D. Williams.

Before Helen Greets existed, there was my grandmother, the “original Helen.” She was my greatest supporter and the first person who truly believed in my gift for writing. Every time I shared a poem with her, her face would light up with pride and warmth. Through her constant encouragement and quiet strength, Helen Greets was born—a way to honor her and keep her legacy alive.

A Name with Meaning

The name “Helen Greets” reflects everything my grandmother embodied: strength, wisdom, kindness, and resilience. She faced life’s challenges with grace and shared love freely with everyone around her.

Through Helen Greets, I hope to carry those same qualities forward—creating heartfelt cards that lift others up, remind them of their worth, and bring a little light into their day, just as my grandmother brought light into mine.
