We take great care in providing heartfelt, high-quality digital greeting cards and printable downloads created with original poetry and writing by Ashley Wiley.


1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All Helen Greets products are digital downloads.
Because access is provided immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital item.

Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.


2. Order Issues

If you experience a problem downloading your file, or if the file appears to be missing or corrupted, please contact us at

We’ll gladly assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you receive the correct file.


3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same card or product more than once, please reach out to us promptly.
We will verify and may issue a replacement file or store credit at our discretion.


4. Unauthorized Use or Sharing

Please note that all poems, written text, and downloadable card designs remain the exclusive property of Helen Greets.
Sharing, redistributing, or reselling files violates our Terms of Service and may result in account restriction.
