2. Digital Products

All Helen Greets products are digital downloads.
Once payment is confirmed, download links become available immediately.
Because access is instant, all sales are final, and no returns are accepted.

No physical items will be shipped.

If you choose to print your cards at home, please use premium white cardstock or glossy white cardstock for the best color quality and professional appearance.

3. Intellectual Property

All poems, written text, and literary content featured on this website or within Helen Greets products are the original creations of Ashley Wiley, owner of Helen Greets, and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

These creative works—including poems, verses, written messages, descriptions, and product text—remain the exclusive property of Helen Greets and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, or sold in any form without prior written permission.

Purchasers of digital downloads receive a personal-use license only, allowing them to print or send Helen Greets cards and e-cards for individual, non-commercial use.

Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of Helen Greets’ poems or written materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. License of Use

Customers may print or send Helen Greets e-cards and printable files for personal use only.
Re-selling, redistributing, or altering the designs or poems for resale or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or its integrated payment gateways.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges associated with your purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Helen Greets is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from improper use, technical issues, or unauthorized distribution of our digital files.

Helen Greets is not responsible for printing errors, variations in printer quality, or color differences that may result from screen and printer settings.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper paper, printer settings, and print quality.

9. Quantity Per Purchase

Each purchase from Helen Greets grants access to one digital card design or file per transaction.
Purchases do not include multiple cards, bundles, or collections unless specifically listed as such in the product description.
If you wish to obtain multiple designs, each must be purchased individually or through an official Helen Greets bundle.
