1. Digital Products Only

All Helen Greets products are digital downloads.
No physical items are shipped, so there is no shipping cost or delivery time for your purchase.

All products purchased from Helen Greets are available for instant download immediately after payment is confirmed.
You will receive:

A download link directly on the checkout confirmation page, and
A confirmation email containing your download link(s).

Please check your email (including your spam or junk folder) if you don’t see the message right away.

2. No Physical Shipping

Because all of our products are digital, no printed cards or physical items will be mailed.
If you choose to print your cards at home, please use premium white cardstock or glossy white cardstock for the best print quality and color results.

3. Instant Access

Once your payment is confirmed, download links for your e-card or printable file will be available immediately.
You will also receive an email with instructions for accessing your purchased files.

Be sure to save your digital files to a secure device, as download links may expire after a certain time for security reasons.
